Moroccan cuisine, in its diversity and delicacy, is among the best in the world.
This is due to the Kingdom’s interaction with the outside world for centuries. In our kitchen, there is a mix of Amazigh and Arab, Maghreb, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and African cuisine, which makes it the first in the Arab world and the second in the world after France.

Our chef will be responsible for preparing the best recipes of Moroccan cuisine and especially Fassie. Some recipes are passed down from generation to generation and others are the fruit of our chef’s inventiveness, but all use multiple natural spices and fresh produce from the Fez region. Dinners are prepared only on request and are therefore “tailor-made”. Depending on the season, many fresh products, fruits and vegetables, come directly from our farm located in the Middle Atlas.
